FAQs

We get a lot of questions here at FLBC! We love this because it means you are becoming aware of all the needs in our community and want to jump in! Here are some of the most frequently asked, but if you don’t get the answer you need, please feel free to ask us directly!

  • We do not accept used items at the Foster Love House due to lack of space and allergy related issues. We kindly ask that only the items we stock are donated. However, we do hope that you will consider posting gently used items to FLBC Swap Page on Facebook.

  • Yes! We love when local groups get involved. Groups can serve at the Foster Love House doing yard work and other house projects that come up. Groups can also host a Love Closet Drive requesting items specifically requested for our Love Closet.

Email us for opportunities to serve!

  • Posting items on our FLBC Swap Facebook page is a great way to donate items and share resources with families that need them!

If you don’t want to wait, or haven’t seen any need that might fit your item, we suggest a few local organizations since we do not have a storage facility. Additional information and locations can be found on their websites or Facebook pages.
