Joy Sexton

Executive Director

Hi, I’m Joy Sexton. I’ve been married to my husband, Anson, for over 20 years, and we have three wonderful daughters—Emerson, Reese, and Frankie. After working in apparel design and spending time in South Africa supporting a church plant, I wore many hats back in the U.S. as a pastor’s wife, hybrid homeschool mom, and wedding florist.

Five years ago, I began volunteering with Foster Love Bell County, and nearly three years ago, I joined the team full-time. I now serve as the Executive Director and love supporting the foster care community each day. In my free time, I enjoy unsweet iced tea, podcasts, exploring cute restaurants, family trips, and evenings with my dogs, Dolly and Mabel, under a Texas sunset.

Sariah Winkler, LMSW

Community Coordinator

Hello, I’m Sariah! Originally from Belton, I spent four years at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. My passion for children has guided my career path, and I feel immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve in this field. I cherish my time spent with my family, especially my niece and nephew, who bring me so much joy. On weekends, I enjoy connecting with friends, traveling, and savoring iced caramel macchiatos. My journey has led me to Foster Love Bell County, and I am eager to support children, families, and caseworkers in our foster community.

Jessica Rudloff

Programs Assistant

Hi, I’m Jessica Rudloff. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Jed, for almost 25 years. We have two amazing kids – our son, Jaden, who has been married to Alley for two years, and our daughter, Jayli, who will graduate high school in 2026.

We’ve called the Belton/Temple area home for over 14 years. Our family worships at First Temple, where we love serving together. I was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom while my kids were growing up and started my home bakery years ago as a creative outlet.

Outside of baking, I find so much joy in being outdoors, staying active, and playing games with friends. I began volunteering with Foster Love in 2024 and immediately fell in love with their mission and heart for the community. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to now work here and continue serving those around us.
